I was having a hard time searching for batteries until I find this shop in Slough where a very nice gentleman attended me.

I had a problem with a part missing from a plane I bought.The staff member was brilliant he got the part sent to me the very next day. He was very helpful. Great customer service thanks very much Gez Hicken

These guys are awesome. Just went in to see what they had. Really friendly and welcoming, great selection of stock, mainly out back, but if you ask, these gents will show you anything you want to see. Had a really nice experience over the years ordering from their website, it was great to see them and buy the perfect charger for my needs. Thanks Slough RC guys, you are perfect.

Purchased an RC plane from this shop after almost 2 weeks of no plane, contacted them only to find out DPD had delivered the plane to the wrong address. The plane was finally received but needed repair due to broken parts. So beware of this shop and DPD. No receipt was received from this shop, if wasn't for PayPal I would have been screwed. So I had no tracking number, and no receipt to show they had taken payment hence I had to sit and wait in silence, and then I had to go on pay pal to find the transaction. What a fiasco for a simple item like an RC plane. Now I have a plane to repair. Thank slough rc.

Had my first visit Saturday, awesome shop with plenty to see and buy , I went to get a Lipo battery and charger and ended up buying my boy another RC car and they knocked some money off ,staff were brilliant and friendly, definitely be going back soon

I've been into the shop for advice twice and they have been very helpful so I ended up buying. Lots of stock or can get things easily. Emails were an issue but could be spam filters.

Dave and the guys were just brilliant. Took the time to chat and understand what I was looking for. Also interested in knowing what to get into the store to support more in the way of rock crawlers. Top man. Really worth a trip in if you're looking for something rc related.

Popped in today to buy a model they had on their web and there it was, so bought that. Small shop, big warehouse, as expected with vast majority sold on line. Well worth popping in if you wanted to see something first. Friendly guys. Recommended. I'll be keeping an eye on their website which I also think is very good.
