For some reasons, my daughter no longer interested for the riding lessons, so I asked snowball farm to arrange the refund of the unused money. I was told they lost the record while updating their system, so they don't have any records of her. I have been chasing it up, but they are not replying to my emails at all. Poor customer service, scammers.

I have been taking my daughter to this equestrian center for a couple of years now. Highly recommended for to the friendliness of staff and facilities. The club carers for all levels of riders and progress is safe and steady.

Took 3 older people from Forget me not home. Allyson really helpful and welcoming. Made our ladies day to stroke the horses and the several dogs.

Staff always friendly and helpful. Son has been having lessons here for 3 years, good teachers and good value for money. Have tack shop but happy to give directions to others when asked.
