I found Westies to be reasonably speedy, I dropped my garments off on a Friday and they were ready the next Wednesday. I paid £20 for a blazer and a cashmere jumper, which I think it's pricey, but average, and the price to pay to keep garments in good health for a long time. Overall, I am happy with the service I received and as long as I live in the area, I will be comfortable using and recommending Westies.

Used for 2 suits. The service and cleaning were all fine and we're ready when promised. To get 5 stars I suggest you call or text your customers to advise that suit is ready for collection.

Terrible service. I called ahead to let them know I’m coming to pick up my shirt on a Saturday and they informed me they close at 1pm. I arrived at 12:50 and they’d closed and gone even though they knew a customer was coming. Wouldn’t recommend them.

I cannot fault them. I have to pop into London every few weeks for work. For the last few years I have used Westies to dry clean all my suits - never had any issues. There has been, occasions when I have needed my suits cleaned with a very fast turnaround and they have managed to deliver. I will happily continue to use them.

Wanted to give 0 stars As we had apalling service. My coat came back looking the same as I took it in and was also covered in long dark hairs! Being blond myself I an very unhappy with this.When my husband called to complain he was shouted at and accused of saying the coat had not been cleaned, instead of offering an apology, charming! Then when he went to pick up the coat he was told to take it back to the place we bought it from !!

The one star is for cleaning my garments. However, we all have busy lives and I don't appreciate a threatening phone call to say that my dry cleaning will be given to charity if it's not collected!!!!!! It would be a much better practice to call your customers to politely remind them that they have uncollected dry cleaning and ask when they could possibly pick it up!!! Plus you charged me £28 pounds when my ticket said £25! Needless to say I will not be coming back in the future!!!
