Lorraine Phelps is an exceptional, diligent and highly capable Property Manager and is a major asset to Frost. Ever since she took over as the Property Manager, I have felt confident that if there was a problem it would get sorted very quickly and satisfactorily. Her willingness to solve issues in a timely manner demonstrates her professionalism and skills. The last 18 months have been difficult for me due to serious medical conditions so I am particularly grateful for her kindness and empathy. She is very supportive. I very much appreciate all of the help she has given to me, not only with matters relating to the property but also with ensuring I could stay in the property. In my opinion she goes above and beyond and does everything she can to; manage the properties, look after the surrounding areas and help the tenants. She supports both landlords and tenants in a remarkable way. Without a doubt, as far as Property Managers go she has by far been the best I’ve dealt with.

We have a Full Management agreement with The Frost Partnership in respect of our Feltham Flat - but `full` hardly does justice to the excellent service provided by Frost. Frost have completed a lease extension at full market increase, with significant Frost personnel involved. This may not be surprising but the interaction and co-ordination of each discipline has been really exceptional: Sebastien Rodriguez, original contact some 5 years ago, still keeps in touch, new letting completed through Adrianna Wlodarrcryk , `legal` through Simran Grewal, Karen Morris completed the administration / management and now Sarah Kirk has taken over the on-going property management and has answered every query, provided immediate advice, discussed certain aspects of the property and dealt with every matter of repair or the like. Its been seamless, each discipline drawing in the next, moving forward to a conclusion - and a very happy Client! This is full-on Estate Management of the highest quality.
