Autotech did a really good job on my repair. Service was excellent and Priya kept me up-to-date on what was happening. I only had a small time window for them to return my car, but this was no problem for them and it was returned promptly.

Very satisfied with the work Autotech is doing a great job focusing and maintaining the professionalism and ethics. Right from the person who dropped the courtesy car person on the phone regarding the works the actual work and the person who dropped my car after the work all are of high standard! Ive been told by Autotech up the Road to drive to this garage as a recommendation to do my repair, but I've driven 45 minutes to one of Autotech's only to find out that they won't do any private bodywork on my car as they have too many insurance jobs at the moment, which is fair enough but have been asked twice if the job is small or big as this would matter if they are interested to do it or not. Again fair enough, but then do not advertise yourself as an Audi specialist to all.

Exceptionally helpful with a straightforward repair complicated by an unhelpful insurance and car hire company. They smoothed things over beautifully, and the repair was spot on. Very nice people to do business with.

It's rare for a car garage to have such good reviews, but I can see why as the service I received from Priya and the rest of the AutoTech team at Taplow was excellent. I highly recommend them and would not use anyone else for any future repairs. There was a delay in my replacement vehicle delivery when my vehicle was due for collection by Autotech, I called and spoke with Meghan, She said it wasn't a problem and moved the collection along. Can’t rate Autotech high enough. My car was involved in a crash and from start to finish they did everything to make the experience stress free and worked to get my car back fast too. I’m a carer to a sick child so getting my car sorted meant so much and they understood that and showed a lot of kindness.
