Fantastic service from WP Drainage. William arrived very quickly and, even before arriving, took the time to understand the issue and clearly explain what the problem might be. He was completely transparent about the potential costs, honest about whether it could be resolved tonight and empathetic to the emergency predicament we were in! On arrival, William was polite, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He explained his methods and was really mindful of not disturbing our neighbours. Once he fixed the issue he made sure the drains were thoroughly checked and fully resolved before leaving. I was really impressed with his professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care! I highly recommend William to everyone.

William and his colleague Matt were truly excellent at helping us with a complicated blockage of cement / self level in our main drain. William is polite, transparent, highly professional, thorough, knows his stuff and truly tried his best (and succeeded!). I was very impressed by the quality of his work and equipment. We had another company try first the day before and the experience was like chalk and cheese, in terms of skill, attitude and equipment - I wish I’d come across WP Drainage from the get go! William also came same day, and even stayed late to apply the lining so we could have a permanent fix - he and Matt both went the extra mile. The final thing I want to add is about pricing - William was upfront and honest about pricing and expectations. I was worried initially about hourly pricing (though this is the industry norm), but William set up and worked incredibly efficiently. What another company failed to do in 1.5 days, William did in 2hrs - with the right attitude, experience & equipment. Thank you guys!

I reached out to WP drainage to enquire whether the problem we were having at home with our drains was something they could help with. William kindly got back to me same day to arrange a call-back luckily we were both free that evening so we discussed the issue at length. Not only did he go out out of his way to review pictures but he also gave me really good advice and reassured us about how to go about fixing the issue. Due to it possibly being a shared issue with the neighbour I have had to reach out to Thames Water to check but so far with just making an initial enquiry William really has gone out of his way to help!! Blocked toilet on a Friday evening is never what you need but after finding wp drainage on a google search and after reading their reviews I decided to give them a go and i wasn't disappointed. Bill and Jake will here on Saturday morning on time and got the problem resolved. Thorough, friendly, polite, reasonably priced and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a drainage company and would use again if needed.

The guys at WP Drainage were fantastic! We had a leaking soil stack pipe located in a tricky position underneath the kitchen floor. Not only did they spend almost two days systematically eliminating various possibilities for the leak, they repaired it and another long-standing drainage issue with minimal fuss and disruption. William and Jake were extremely professional, diligent and hard-working. They were also friendly, polite and kind. We can't recommend them highly enough.
