Poor lense glazing in-house at this opticians caused ongoing fitting problems and severe discomfort. It was upsetting that it took at least 3 visits before staff believed me that there were ongoing frame widening and arm splaying issues and then they offered to send frames away to their lab instead for them to fit new lenses. By that time lost confidence the frames would remain stable. As their frames range is very limited I could not find a pair I liked instead so got a refund. When I finally felt ready to return to practice they declined because I’d had too many previous lengthy visits before. At no point have they acknowledged or taken responsibility for their part in poor lense fitting causing the need for multiple visits. Suffering from 3 eye conditions I concede that I am a tricker customer, but I can only surmise they want easy customers as easier to make a profit that way. This experience added undue distress to the anxiety I already felt due to my eye problems.

Staff very professional and friendly. They provide a very thorough eye examination and picked up one or two issues in my eyes that had never been mentioned at my previous High Street chain opticians.
