I have been a patient at this dentist practice since I was a child. They always welcome you with a smile and give very good care. I would 100% recommend them.

I can’t thank Sam the receptionist enough for helping me my face was swollen I needed help & I called mydentist they helped me straight away with absolutely no problem I saw my dentist & straight away I was given antibiotics for my swollen face I was in a lot of pain . Thank you for your help & to Sam for her efficiency & kindness I will be going back & I would recommend mydentist and thank goodness my face is getting better .

The reception team need a bit more of people skills for the role they are in. As soon as you say you’re NHS, that’s it. Do not expect much from them.

Finding a good dentist is hard these day, let alone an NHS one. But I have been with Burnham Dentist for over 8 years and it’s always been positive. Staff are friendly and honest. The surgery itself is small but very clean. I recommend this to everyone.

I went to MyDentist in Burnham for a hygienist appointment to get stains removed in the 12th August 2023. Although the hygienists did remove the stains, she also caused permanent damage to the gums between my front teeth. One of my gums was forced up, leaving a gap between my teeth which wasn’t there before and leaving my gum bloody and sore for days afterwards. This part of my gum was still bleeding several days after the appointment. This is after having another hygienist appointment the previous year in which one of the dentists chipped my front teeth during the appointment. I made a complaint about this, at which point MyDentist scheduled an appointment for me to see someone about the chip in my tooth which they intended on charging me for. I asked them to waive the fee for this appointment as I was seeing them about damage they’d done to my tooth, however they refused. After the negative experience from last year, MyDentist Burnham assured me the new hygienist I would see on the 12th August was much more gentle. I’ve now come away from this second appointment with permanent damage to my gum. I’ll never be going to MyDentist Burnham again, as I don’t want to sustain any more damage to my teeth and gums from their mindlessly aggressive and negligent treatment. The dentist who chipped my tooth during a hygiene appointment was Dr Nikhat. I don’t know the name of the hygienist who damaged my gum and gave me several ulcers, but she works on Weds & Saturdays.

My husband has been a patient at this dental practice for many many years as well as my 8 year old daughter. I have had a fear of the dentist for quite some time and my husband and daughter have always said how brilliant this practice is. I recently had a terrible toothache for several days and was hoping it would wear off, this was not the case, so my husband encouraged me to register with this dentist, which I did. I just wanted to say thank you so very much for seeing me at short notice. I have had a fear of the dentist for many years and I was quite anxious about my visit today, however Ligi and team totally put my mind at ease and provided advise and care to see me through until my next visit, which I am not as anxious about now. For someone who was worried about this visit, the reception staff and the dental team reassured me and made me feel more comfortable, so thank you all once again.

This was my first time at this dentist & I was very nervous but I soon put at ease . Everyone was very nice & I found it a pleasant experience. The dentist & her assistant were very professional & talked to me throughout my treatment making me feel relaxed. I can’t rate them highly enough I would definitely recommend them to people.

I’m such a nervous patient. I have been scared of the dentist since a terrible appointment with my old dentist. Every dentist I see here is amazing. Always so kind and helpful. Amazing with my 2 year old and 4 year old. Even the receptionists are fantastic. Would 1000% recommend.
