The products were of good quality, the service was excellent but the buying experience was marred by a lack of transparency on the website. The product price is clearly displayed but at the very last page VAT is added to the displayed price. Up to that point it was not said the prices were ex VAT. Misleading.. considering the products are for the visually impaired and like me missed the VAT addition at the very end. This problem needs addressing. Again I must say the quality of the products and service are first class.
