Chris has been absolutely amazing in my physio treatment. He is soo knowledgeable and explains all of the exercises so clearly. I have had physio with Chris on three occasions and would not recommend anyone else. Thank you for everything and for being so supportive.

Incompetent physiotherapist: I went for tennis elbow/ rotator cuff tendinopathy. As a doctor myself, I quickly realised that the physiotherapist doesn't know basic anatomic terminology taught in week 1. He gave me very generic advise, i.e., ' just massage this elbow, do this rotator cuff exercise and see how it goes'. I didn't follow the advice, and instead took advice from youtube which actually worked and didn't cost me time and money

I injured my foot after running a half marathon so I booked an appointment here. I had an initial assessment and was given daily exercises to help with the injury. I’m noticing an improvement which is great - the exercises are certainly helping! So pleased I found somewhere local that can help.

Superb physiotherapists who really take the time to assess you and listen to what the issue is. Provide treatment and plans that are achievable to ensure good recovery.

Saw Darren about a torn calf. He seemed very knowledgeable and helpful in his diagnosis and recommendations on recuperation. Slightly expensive at 48 per 30 minutes but a good professional service.

Chris has patiently and professionally restored my mobility following a major op. Very impressed with his knowledge and skill. Highly recommended - really nice chap.
