Sunny is always busy and back to back with appointments, but he manages well. He is very friendly. He keeps the customer updated if any delays. I save a lot of time as the appointment is prebooked. Always the appointment booking is just a whatsapp text or call away. I strongly recommend because it saves lot of time. No need to wait at all. Can go on time and come back on time. Cost wise also not bad and fairly priced. !!! Amazing

I had the most traumatic experience today at this salon. The lady who was supposed to cut my hair denied me a haircut only because I questioned her if she was going to cut my hair or the male stylist. My hair is quite short frizzy and difficult to manage so wanted to be assured that she was ok to cut it and what would be the ideal cut for me. However she took it in a wrong way that I was doubting her ability. She denied to cut my hair after the conversation and the male stylist also denied to cut my hair. I drove 40 min to come for this appointment which I had booked a day before. After the denial I requested either of them to cut my hair for nearly 15 min as I was starting a new job tomorrow and needed a haircut today. They both behaved extremely unprofessional and asked me to leave the salon. I also have a video where they were being extremely rude and asking me to leave the salon. However I can’t share it here are there are other customers in the video. I felt so bad after this incident and their behaviour. They need to learn to be more professional. When we get a haircut it’s an extremely personal act and people like me get anxious about it and need reassurance that they will do a good job. Not a back off like these guys at the salon did. Please be aware they have a very bad customer service. Some the reviews say that as well. I think Google should have a zero star review which will be appropriate for them.

I’ve been going to Pro Edge and Sunny for the last 12 months after my original hairdresser let me down he’s always accommodating and does an excellent job with both your hair and beard. They take their time and don’t rush which you can see with the quality of work. I recommend this place all day long and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

One of the best barbers and hair salons in Slough. Both me and my wife use pro Edge. You won't be disappointed. Sanant never let's you down. Edit: sanant has moved to new premises and the new place is nice, big, clean and as always his and Nayana's professionalism is very respectable. Both are very competent and its always a pleasure to attend for a haircut.

Sunny is an amazing person, very polite and my kids love going here too. Some good banter and all bookings made via appointment so not long waiting periods. Always able to accomodate around my work abd kids schedule and great communication if any changes are required. Highly recommended 👍👍👍

I have been coming to this salon for years. Even after moving houses I came to Naina and Sanant, which is a good enough evidence of being a loyal customer. However, past Saturday I have been sent back from the salon as I arrived 15 minutes late soley due to roadworks everywhere. I called Sanant to make him aware of the roadworks and requested if he can accomodate me. My house is over 15 miles away and I had my children in the car. But when I arrived I was refused the hair cut. I had an important family event to attend that day and this messed up everything. Even the NHS is considerate when people turn up late due to genuine reasons or circumstances not in their control. I have been an old customer, still they did not show any courtesy. Life is too short and being kind does not cost anything. I do not recommend these guys to anyone.

Have been going to pro edge for more than 10 years now. Sanant and Naina are absolutely lovely couple and I've always loved their professionalism and attitude towards customers. Always the best.

Sunny is very polite and curtious. It's very convenient as everything is done via appointment, no long waits. I often call on short notice and his able to accommodate me knowing that I can get called out to work at any given time.

I went to Naina for a haircut based on the recommendation of a friend and was super impressed. The salon itself is homely, but the service extremely professional and the prices are very reasonable. The first thing I loved was that while washing my hair, the conditioner was applied only to my hair and NOT the roots. Secondly, Naina gave me a cut that seems low maintenance but suits me quite well. She even gave me bangs. She seems to understand hair very well and what cut would suit a person. Definitely recommend her salon to all.
