I have spent over £20,000 on business signs and did not expect them to rust after only 18 months. Their response was wholly inadequate, and I have been left constantly chasing them for updates on how they will remedy the situation. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I have worked with Rashid, the Director and Igor, but neither has been helpful or had the courtesy to respond despite emails and numerous messages.
